How many pictures will we receive?
A full session will receive 40+ images with a variety of posed and candid options.
What should we wear? Can you help us decide?
** My next business step is to create a seasonal outfitting guide for my clients. This resource will include color suggestions based on the location you chose. I will offer direct links to outfits I suggest to help your decision-making process.
Let your personality shine! Don't feel forced to be something you are not, but dressing up and going all out can be so fun too! I would love to chat about color pallets and outfit ideas with you. I never want to overstep, but truly the more communication we have before your session, the better prepared I can be. In the end, the more I know about you and your crew, the better I can capture all the personalities along the way <3
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
10-14 days is what is standard for newborn photos. Sooner is great too. Then babes are still used to sleeping lots and are easiest to wrap! I have photographed at 3-4 weeks old and if the baby is fed and ready to nap then we can still get great images wrapped and cuddled with family.
What's your turn around time frame?
I will have your link with all images sent to you within 2 weeks. This gives me grace as a stay-at-home mom with 2 under 18 months, but still gets you the images in a respectful time frame! I will send you a couple of low-quality snaps of my computer screen as I start editing your session so that you can see truly how amaizng you all did!! Everyone loves something to look forward too and this allows me to be a perfectionist on all images rather than sending sneak peeks and changing my mind on edits after the fact.
Can you edit out my imperfections?
Am I physically capable? Yes. But I truly encourage you to love the skin you're in and just wait to see the finished product! I think you will be happily surprised at seeing yourself through the lens of someone else's eye. The flaws you notice, most often aren't even picked up through a high-quality lens.
Are you willing to travel?
In my current season of life, I ask that new clients meet me in either Aurora. I have multiple indoor and outdoor locations available, based on your preferences. With small babes and a desire to prioritize time with my hubby, this is what currently works best for us and I truly appreciate your understanding.
Repeat customers- I have you penciled in for your favorite season and plan to travel to Kearney two times to serve you and your family as always! I prioritized time with you as you are who I have to thank for getting me to the place I am today. <3
Do you offer senior sessions? Other??
I do not currently accept bookings for seniors. I do have some amazing gals I'd love to refer you to depending on your location.
I am willing to get creative with you in other areas of life, so don't hesitate to submit an inquiry and share your thoughts! Worst case I will give you a name to someone else who has the availability you are looking for!
Is my deposit refundable?
Unfortunately no. The deposit is transferable but not refundable. If something comes up, I totally understand! We can apply that deposit to a new session and new date.
I now have contracts in place to help protect both you and me and for clarification on these details. Once your deposit is received I will send you an online contract with the important areas highlighted for your convenience.
Your deposit is a payment towards reserving my time, and the preparation that goes into the session you book.
Do you offer wedding packages?
YES! ($1000-$2000 packages)
I now offer small wedding packages to serve the laid-back, moment-focused bride. I am here to serve you and your loved ones well. I will sit back and observe, capture to treasured formal photos, and then sit back and watch you experience your day. If you are wanting your wedding day to be focused on photos, I am not your gal. I am here to focus on YOUR day with YOUR people, and just capture the moments from afar so you can relive those moments in years to come.
If you are interested in booking a wedding or engagement. Please submit an inquiry form and from there I will send you the option to choose your priorities for your wedding day, I will review your selections and date and see if we will be a good fit. From there I will send you a customized wedding package to fit your needs.
